Big Chief Hairy Head

This Big Chief Hairy Head
He is made out of pantyhose and cedar chips and grass seed.
He finally started growing hair last week and yesterday was time for his
first hair cut. What a proud moment for Chief Hairy Head's mommy!

Mia has been studying the various Native American tribes this past month.
Each child was assigned a different tribe and asked to write a report and make a 3D item
that represented their tribe.
Mia was a Cherokee (which she really is anyway!).
She made this lovely shell, stone, bone necklace as her 3D item.
She then stood in front of her class and read her report and answered questions regarding her project and tribe.
She was such a brave little Cherokee!!
